This is the website of the independent Monitor of the UAW appointed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, pursuant to the Consent Decree entered into between the United States and the UAW in United States v. International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, No. 20-cv-13293 (E.D. Mich.). The UAW Monitor does not represent either of the parties to the Consent Decree and cannot represent, or provide legal advice to, members, employees, or officials of the UAW or any local union or other constituent entity of the UAW.
